'Parkyn' came to us as a family holiday residence that held years of wonderful memories. Our goal at Anchor&Belle was to revive the 2-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment, and create a space that can grow and adapt with the family's evolving needs. We began the design process by developing a comprehensive drawing and documentation package. This allowed us to envision new layouts for the kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas, ensuring optimal functionality and aesthetics. Throughout this phase, we collaborated closely with the builder and trades to capitalise on the location's potential and extend the external deck, providing our clients with an expanded outdoor space to enjoy. We carefully curated furniture and styling elements to harmonise with the overall design concept, creating a cohesive and inviting space. The result is a beautifully transformed residence that is now ready to create new memories for families for many years to come.
